• Steel construction, without wooden elements – ensures maximum strength and stability of the structure, which is particularly noticeable when multiple people are inside the house or when exposed to external weather conditions.

• The area of our standard mobile home is 9.13m x 4.33m, almost 40m².
• The interior height ranges from 2.3m to 2.6m, with an average height of 2.45m.
• This space volume provides a feeling of greater spaciousness, comfort, and luxury.

• Floor – our floor consists of 50mm thick sandwich panels + 12mm cement particle board, electric underfloor heating, and high-quality ceramics. In addition to better insulation properties, it provides a stronger and more stable feeling within the structure.
• Ceiling – we use sandwich panels with 40mm insulation, and install additional mineral wool (100mm).
• PVC windows – with 6 chambers, providing higher energy efficiency.
• Walls – The exterior walls are 180mm thick, allowing for greater energy efficiency.
• For the interior walls, we use plasterboard with mineral wool, 75mm thick, which isolates sound up to 56 dB. These materials are also more natural, offering a lighter and more comfortable living experience in the home.

• Interior doors are 75mm thick, with their own rubber seals, locks, and surrounding frames, providing additional privacy and elegance, completing the feeling of a real home.
• The bathroom is fully tiled with high-quality ceramics, giving a sense of luxury.
  All installations are embedded in the walls.

• In addition to being more energy-efficient and requiring less electricity during the summer period, its insulation properties allow for comfortable use throughout the year. For campground owners, this also offers the potential to extend the season.

Given the increasing replacement of older mobile homes with newer ones and the limited space for placing new units, the market is seeing a growing number of cheap used mobile homes (with a high proportion of PVC components), with a tendency for further increase in supply and price reduction. It is important to consider EU regulations that increasingly promote a circular economy and product recovery, rather than quick replacement, which will likely make later resale more difficult.

Considering the above, our home has a competitive advantage over others, as its construction allows for a building permit to be obtained, which makes the secondary market much broader. It is also important to emphasize that our home is almost identical to a regular house and can be easily and cost-effectively fully renovated, thus avoiding the need for replacement.
